ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Joost de Boer is one more in the line of our brilliant Associate Consultants. After returning from a project in Tanzania, he graduated in Business Administration writing a thesis about the organizational impact of co–creation. If innovation is driven by co-creation, he asked; shouldn’t innovation departments be re–designed and re–staffed to support this new outward orientation? Cheeky, perhaps, but very interesting indeed. His friends tell us he has the energy of 3 grown men.
